This is true though. The only grass Pokemon that has actual flawless design is Celebi, and possibly Grovyle. And the only time I'd ever think of using one is when it has Chlorophyll.

Celebi is still a mess. Poor thing has like 7 weakness. The inly Grass type I use is Sceptile.

Earthquake is a terrible move to use on Tangrowth and Smogon agrees with me.

Smogon also agrees that Venusaur is a fantastic sun sweeper in OU while Tangrowth remains crying in UU that it can't be useful in OU. IF Tangrowth actually survives a Sludge Bomb by Venusaur, an Earthquake won't kill Venusaur even if it is Adamant and max attack.
