I've been in this game for a minute. 2012 was a necessary litmus test year for nicki. Like britney, rihanna and others that were underdogs despite being the most successful need to go through backlash.

I think haters will be haters regardless, I think she has a lot of Bandwagon haters since PFRR, most of them have claimed her again and most are strangely enough Monsters. I just can't wait for this era to step things up like you said because my friends are still not sure.

I was the same way. I really got into the song and Nicki's verse, but then we got more features that overshadowed it. I gave it a listen every now and then.
