I really want this to hit #1, but Katy is just unstoppable. And then we have Eminem and Britney. It really isn't fair. Maybe she can hit #1 after this (hopefully) becomes big in late September. *knocks on wood*
I REALLY want this to be her first #1, that'll be for all the naysayers who said she couldn't. And that would be so great for her, both singles from her album going top 2.
I'm really mad at her for releasing this on Sunday... This could've been her biggest debut week sales by far
If she released this on monday, It'd be overshadowed by the vmas drama and would have never hit no 1 (even for a few hrs) cos of the boost roar got so i think releasing it on sunday was a smart decision.
I'm really hoping this song has a good music video. I think a strong video could make this song all the more better. And I love it already, so I can't wait to see what she comes up with.

That's what i've been saying for awhile. If it's something boring with only 1-shot scenes then nobody will want to replay it. It should really be like Just Give Me A Reason by P!nk where the video goes with the song, but it's captivating till the end.
There's so many great upcoming promo spots(X-Factor, The Voice, SNL, AMA's, EMA's. The Victoria's Secret thing). Like, she has to snatch at least a promo spot in The Voice, SNL or AMA's.

I don't like terry's work but at the same time miley doesn't do boring unless she thinks that is ~art. It looks like the radio adds date and the vid will be mid sep. Maybe Larry will release it the week before brit?
