Beyoncé has good music, is good live + her music videos are usually pretty good (minus 4 era sans RTW).

Katy on the other hand, she's just so bland, I really don't get the appeal musically/artistically. She's hot when she's wearing make up and not dressed like she works on a Disney Channel show + has big boobs, but apart from her looks, she doesn't have anything going for her apart for a good song here and there.
