Yes, you have to understand that the mods have a really hard job, they get a thousands of reports each day and it must be really hard to go through them, analyse them and give warnings. They don't have the time to deal with joke reports.

The army is the messiest, most pathetic and most vile stanbase there is. You should check Exhell, the countless sites they created about Xtina when the rivalry was at th highest. They are insecure and bitter that a singer can be better than their fave at something. Sadly for them, every one is that's why they hate pretty much all singers from her generation : Xtina, Beyoncé, P!nk, Jessica Simpson, Mandy Moore etc.
