An Official ATRL Britney Army™ Announcement
Summary of Meeting:
We had a great meeting today! For those who didn't make it, here is a complete summary of the meeting (excuse the typos). You are welcome to go to the site and read the thread for yourself if you like as well! We will have a MANDATORY, 2ND MEETING a few days before the single release so everyone needs to show up.
- Went over ATRL + Base Guidelines
- Introduced the "Education" section of the School of Britney Site. This will be an area where the Army can catch up on tactics and secrets that can be used against the haters. A Scream & Shout thread was posted as an example. There will be a separate "Education" section on the site with more threads. You are welcome to check it out and contribute!
- The receipts thread is under construction and will be given a FULL makeover. You are welcome to contribute.

Tommy was nominated to create a banner for the receipts thread.
- Watch your warning points and keep it cute over the next couple of weeks! Don't get banned!
- We discussed watching over the new members. If you see something that may cause them or Britney trouble, PM them!
- No more spamming/trolling in the Base thread.

NO MORE ALBUM/SINGLE RANKING IN THE BASE THREAD!!!! If you see this PM Foxay and she will take care of the problem. This may result in a possible warning or thread ban.
- Discussed our social media presence. The @BritneyATRL Twitter account will have new contributors. Current contributors are foxay, CoolestPerson, hector.adriel, and a1016neo.

americanshameless was nominated to handle the official Tumblr account. We may need more contributes for this. Also we need to get the login info from Lem so stay tune!
- We discussed Uniforms and Sigs.

Duca are in the running to create our official Uniforms! Once we get the official single artwork or promo pictures, the nominees will create a Uniform. The Army will VOTE for the BEST Uniform of the three using an online poll I will create. Again, once we get the single artwork the Uniform process will start!

- We discussed a new way to track charts around the world. Each member who volunteers will PM/wall post foxay updates on their selected country so she can update the main album/single/receipts thread daily. So far we have:

- Lastly we talked about recruiting new members to ATRL. So far everyone has done a great job and the new members are making the Base so much more active! Continue to recruit stans from Twitter and Exhale. Also some stans will try to recruit new members from GaGaDaily.
- Foxay is trying to make the Britney ATRL banner happen again.
Thanks for everyone who showed up at the meeting! We will most likey have another meeting around the expected single release date (Sept. 17th) to get the iTunes gifting, streaming, and mediabase links all sorted out. I'm looking at Sunday, Sept. 15th as a possible good date for the 2nd meeting.
