But overall the biggest highlight of the show is neither that nor any of the other things mentioned here (Gaga's & Katy's performance, Gaga's ass, Riri's popcorn - all of those things are relevant here but not on TV (they were only seen on the alternative MTV streams). I thought all in all, it was a pretty solid show...

Sad bits: No Nicki, Jay Z (though they played that Just Blaze track for a bit), No Beyonce (even though they teased everybody and their mothers) and No Briney.

And the please stop bits: Robin Thicke looking like a creepy child molester and Pharell needs to stop dressing like a senior Japanese tourist. GROSS.
