I'm thinking of getting an HTC One mini if the price drops a bit here.
The specs aren't as impressive as the One obvs but they say most things run great here as well. And it's so pretty.

I've always liked the idea of having removal back shells. I probably would have gotten a Nokia 820 if it was available on contract for that reason alone. Those colours are pretty disastrous though. But there'll probably be a lot more colours available from 3rd parties.
