imagine gaga performing a stunt where she lands on her neck or something (pretends to be dead) so her fanbase can reenact it (like everything she does) and they all end up slamming their faces into concrete or cracking their necks the world would truly be better off.

trendy fads. "Royals" is just a trendy fad, not an actual hit (yet?). Not that hard to understand.
