what's the big deal.
the album was released not too long ago, so people will use it as a crutch to say katy has more longevity or is bigger. That's the point of the shadiness of the thread, don't be surprised if people use this in the future (think lady gaga and being dragged a bit for applause).

Great for Katy but Rihanna didn't promote anything since Stay and it sold 1.1M ... the album had potential but she did what Rihanna do always mess her eras !!
It's not really a big deal, it's been six months since she did a proper promotion for the album, I mean Doo-Wops & Hooligans is already at #69 and is higher than both albums.
