I didn't expect it to be up to their usual standards to be honest. I don't know if Toni has the passion for music anymore. I honestly think she needs to get herself out of the bind she's end and the only way that's plausible is to revive her career in music. They are two of my most favorite artists from the 80s/90s, but I wasn't expecting them to come hard with another "Another Sad Love Song", "Breathe Again", or "Seven Whole Days".

I think Toni just doesn't have any statement to really make at all and is just releasing for the fanbase hoping to get back to the top. She still seems very passionate from the BFV show I watched years back, but honestly she's just out of touch with the current culture. Hence her songs not being it. The same way toni is now I felt about Janet Damita Jo and post, along with Madge post COADF

I loved Toni's album for the vocals and the songs. No one has to be innovative to make quality songs or to make songs that people remember and enjoy years down the line. People who try to be "innovative" and "different" usually end up sucking and forgotten.

LIES and ******** Kenny basically helped make the soundtrack for both genders to enjoy amazing r&b songs in the 90's. If it weren't for him we wouldn't have Toni, The Waiting To Exhale Flawless Soundtrack, Boyz 2 Men classics, TLC classics etc...
