Let me educate you sistern.
"Starships, were meant to fly, hands up and touch the sky!"
The meaning behind this is that the Starships are a metaphor for problems in life, "Starships were meant to fly," as in, Issues in your life are bound to happen, there's no way escaping it.
"Hands up, and touch the sky!"
So while you're at it, enjoy it! The starship is already flying, so hands up and enjoy the ride, a metaphor for life problems, as in "a problem is bound to happen, don't get depressed! Enjoy life even when there are problems! Getting depressed over them won't get those problems to disappear!
