Personally I think she's all about money this time around, her Jay-Z are really up to something financially. Probably shooting for the billion.
Tours are the best way for artists to earn money, so she is likely going on tour before she releases music, and could do a back to back go round after or towards the end of the era and maximize profits after releasing big music to restore prominence.
Doing something like that could certainly earn her a $300 million tour if she releases world music, which, from the sound of Grown Woman and Standing on the Sun, that's where it seems to be going.
