Well, since the digital era, Britney has always had two songs out before the album. Not sure why she would change it now but I think that a second single being released with a performance will work wonders.
I think that the 1st and 2nd single should be performed on Sunday, November 24th at the AMAs and then the album released December 2nd with the video that Thursday or Friday.

That's true. Bieber is no longer a threat, but Eminem and One Direction are. Are they on the same label at all? It would guarantee they'd stay away from Brit's release date.
I don't want her to release the album a week she doesn't have a chance at #1, but if the only high profile releases on November 25th are like Rihanna, etc. then she should snatch that date ASAP. If she does an AMAs performance, I don't think a 400k debut would be out of the picture.
