I'm not underestimating Katy at all, she is really big when it comes to single sales but it will be her second one as opposed to Britney's first so there's a chance for her to surpass Katy and let's not forget the radio deals

I just hope OLL didn't destroyed the hype

I'm not super worried about Katy's promo single. I'm sure this one will put up a great fight and probably go top 10 on iTunes, but I don't foresee it fighting for the #1 spot for the entire week.

"California Gurls" debuted with 294k. Considering Katy roughly doubled her selling power with "Roar," it's likely her promo singles will sell double what the ones from Teenage Dream sold. It's very likely she'll go top 10, especially with Pepsi doing promo for her, but not likely she'll go to the top spot without radio support.

I'm not scared. If anything, it's a good thing the promo single will cannibalize sales from "Roar" if Britney is going for a #1 single.
