artist dont have direct access to their VEVO account, they have to send the video to the people who work for VEVO to upload them.

There's nothing wrong with an album this year in late November/early December. It's just a bit rushed which no one wants.
I'd take a rushed rap album to a rushed pop album (like PFRR). She made the Re Up in a couple of weeks and it's one of her best works to date.
