As someone who hasn't ever played the Tales franchise, is Xillia a good point to jump in? FWIW, I can't play Vesperia because I don't own an Xbox. So it seems of the recent entries my options are Graces (f) and Xillia.

I want to play Xillia so bad but Kingdom Hearts 1.5 comes out in September and there's no way I can beat Xillia before then. At least I'll be able to get it cheaper if I wait.
Loving the game so far. Leia is the best character. Her Mystic Arte slays so hard

And I've beaten the "Abyssion" (that you only get after finishing the story) of the game and he just unleashed the power of all my devil arms, Milla has now 6000 something in attack
Xillia is making its way into my top 5 tales games tbh.
Wait till you'll be at around level 70, when you'll have the OP skills.
My Rowen can almost instantly cast spells, can't get interrupted AND can stop the time after a side-step (but the skill only lasts 3 seconds, while the real time stop arte lasts like 5-6 seconds)
I didnt think there would ever be a character more annoying than Emil from Symphonia 2 but Millas handmaid is proving me wrong.
