Does Billboard actually have any limitations for iTunes song buying, or is that all done by iTunes/Nielsen Soundscan? I've heard rumors like a sale won't count if you've bought the song from the same account before or you can only gift a song 5 times. I'm not sure if any of this is even in Billboard's jurisdiction/know how, but if you have any info, it would be greatly appreciated
