Imgsize doesn't retain the proportions of the photo tho and kind of squishes them instead of just resizing.
With [imgzoom] it resizes them so they aren't stretched or squeezed.
FYI, the number in [imgzoom] is a percentage of whatever width of the post you want the image to take up. Ie [imgzoom=35] would be resized so that the image is as wide as 35% of your post. [imgzoom=100] makes the image so that it is large enough to go all the way across. By that, two [imgzoom=50] images next to eachother would line up and perfectly fill the width of the post.
IE: imgzoom=100 will blow this gif up so it goes 100% across the post:
