But watching the video outside the USA doesn't count, for sure, for Billboard charting... so even if we're not sure, it might be wise to just do it incase... lol

Someone said that using those websites that automatically restarts the video doesn't count towards Billboard, but otherwise, you can just manually replay it.

There is definitely a limit to how many views per day per IP address will count.

Oh god no. That's insane! If only 9 streams are allowed per day, why would 200 views of a video be allowed? I actually think its 5 or less. You most certainly can't have an automated refresher going.
