I think it might be a press release, maybe a sneak peek at one of the songs or possibly a new snippet, or some unreleased rehearsal video. Something along those lines.

Most likely(hopefully). If she waits till october to release the single, she will probably release the album in December similar to Circus.
If she waits till November for the single release, then we will probably have another femme fatale.
