Wait, Applause still hasn't cracked the top 3 on iTunes despite having almost all of GMA dedicated to her and premiering a music video? And the music video hasn't even cracked 4 million views despite some of her stans thinking it would break the Vevo record? And hopefully they don't think the VMA's will change anything.
