We will definitely know by Wednesday at 11am they release the top 10 sales. Sometimes however they have posted early if a debut song has a huge debut much like Roar. So we could see it sooner tbh
As for the 550,000 it's just an estimate. It was originally estimated 450,000-500,000, then bumped up to 525,000, now it's at 550,000. I wouldn't be surprised if it sells more than that tbh
Btw does anyone know how many views Katy usually gets percentage wise from the US? If she has about 50% than that would be 6,500,000 from the lyric video alone. With that she'd be #1 on Hot 100
