This is African black soap
It's a soap that originated in Africa that's supposed to be a really good exfoliator and cleanser. A lot of black people use it. I honestly don't know anyone who isn't black who uses it.
Btw the black soap that actually looks like this
is most likely not real black soap. It's obviously been tampered with a lot to make it look like an ordinary bar of soap so you probably won't benefit from using it like you would raw black soap like in the first picture.
