Hmm. Your comment would make sense if Prism was already out and it was stagnant.
Katy has been getting better every single era. The increase in debut week sales from OOTB to TD was already pretty solid. TD ended up selling double what OOTB did, so it's reasonable to assume Prism will approach double TD's first week sales if not a LOT more. People who weren't so sure about Katy when Teenage Dream debuted are certainly more sure now.
The same can't be said for Gaga though. I wouldn't be surprised if it barely scrapes 500k first week. Which are good numbers for most, but a travesty for Gaga.
