School is officially in motion. Third day of school, and I already have two projects (both due friday), two online assignments (finished one; the other is due tomorrow night), two essays (one due midnight tomorrow; the other due by monday on midnight), and I have to get a few papers signed for class.
The joys of being a senior in high school, but i told myself I was going to stay focused and committed. I refuse to mess up this important year.
I don't want to go back if senior year is going to be like that
It all depends on what school, teachers, and classes you have really. The two essays are for my yearbook class (which is also included with photography; ironically, the class requires the most writing out of all my other ones, including British Literature). One project is for Business, and the other is for Psychology (plus the extra two assignments). My Human Anatomy teacher took a different approach, and she gave us a calendar for the entire month of August, detailing all of our assignments that would be due/need to be worked on, along with quizzes, notebook checks, etc.

Senior Year wasn't like that for me.
We had homework the week after we went back. But its wasn't like what DJ had.
Different schools, different assignments/projects.
This. It all depends on the school, teachers, classes. Trust me Ares, when you become one, you're going to love the feeling. Don't let the work stress you out and ruin your year.

My first day wasn't like that. Although my one teacher did already tell me that we have an extra credit assignment. But he's crazy with the work and not all teachers are like that.
I'm just dreading being in all AP classes Senior year
I just know at least one of my teachers is going to bury me in work the first week. (I suspect Psychology & Chem.)
But like Psycho said it's my Senior year and I'm going to try and enjoy it.
Wait, you have all AP classes? I have nothing but general.
Just stay focused. AP (especially now that you're going to be a Senior) is going to be very challenging.
I remember on the first day of school, the people who had AP Calculus at my school had a test on the first day back, and even had to bring their textbooks.

So glad I avoided that decision.
I'm not a Senior but I have all Honors Classes and when we came back Monday in Biology we had to type an essay for homework.
