The label officially has no involvement in album #8 other than promotion and distribution. This means they are literally just waiting on a finished product from Britney and her team; there will be no Femme Fatale round #2 where RCA needs solely money. This is a good thing.
The bad news: Dr. Luke is getting a little too involved lately with the project. He is working to get his early work on the record with Ammo and Ester Dean and two Femme Fatale leftovers. William Orbit, in turn, is trolling Dr. Luke and at the same time is literally incredible: he is pushing for Bloodshy & Avant on the record. B&A haven't worked with Britney at all for this record...yet.
