Gaga actually contacted Calvin Harris when working on TF but he turned her down so she does clearly work with professionals.
Or at least wanted to before ARTPOP.
I agree that now most of the people she works with are amateurish at what she wants them to do for her.
But Ineez and Vinoodh are directors and do direct commercials and stuff, so I suppose they can direct a music video.
As for DJWS, I don't know why she's so eager on using him. He never screamed talent.
