Well that would be on par with my expectation of 400-500K for Gaga, which didn't take into account one less day of sales, missed #1 exposure, no music video and a rushed release. They're both slaying.
With that said, I think some people need to really, really keep things in perspective. Katy is fresh off her biggest era ever, and Gaga is coming from her worst performing era ever, plus a two year absence from radio/digital music.
The fact that she's doing this good should be applauded rather then critiqued. She's essentially reintroducing herself to the public. Give it time.

If that's true, GaGa should have picked a better song. 'Applause' is perfect for the LM, but not for the GP. :/ How's GaGa doing worldwide? I know where she's #1 Katy is #2. :lol:
