Applause has 9 hours to reach #1 before the rolling effect hits and it loses a good chunk of its sales. At this rate, if it does reach #1 it will only be there for 2-3 hours max.

ARTPOP is not that good. Roar definetly has more appeal but ARTPOP is an interesting listen. Roar will see more success since its more relatable and the mere fact that you can't hear half the lyrics being said on ARTPOP

It was #3 after 2 hours last night, Roar was only like #25 at that point. It will get hurt by rolling.
Why are they releasing Applause in the UK so early? And on a Tuesday no less.

the rolling effect should have already affected Katy big time allowing Gaga to pass her, but so far it hasn't happened

idk about you but I can't hear ANY of the lyrics on ARTPOP. Might have something to do with it not being released yet, though
