Partially, I guess so. Those pre-orders are counted by BB towards the single sales but do not count for the iTunes singles chart. Also it is split in two versions.

OK so it's a done deal this week will be the most disappointing ever with the single semi floping and were losing to Katy whatever,
I don't get Y to release the album PO at the same week and ruin the sales + it's doing poorly anyway, at least I have a new ringtone!

it is far from flopping though.
it reached #3 in shorter time than Roar. It just need more exposure now..
