12am PST, 3am EST in the US, and is already at #3 on iTunes in the middle of the night, to put it into perspective, Katy released her song as the same time last Sunday/Monday and at this time was at 15. Gaga also has 2 versions so she's probably #2 combined!
Hopefully it continues rising and sustains when everyone wakes up!
