Lady Gaga 'Applause' - 1/5
Yesterday, Lady Gaga denounced all bloggers for criticizing her new music. There is a good reason why she is frustrated; her latest single "Applause" is an absolute mess that sounds like a parody of many other pop songs with a theatrical twist added in.
"Pop culture was in Art now ART's in POP culture, in me!" screams the former superstar with some of the most pretentious lyrics to ever exist in a pop song. Unlike Katy Perry, who has received nothing but praise for her single "Roar," Gaga is having a difficult time making a connection with her voice, lyrics and audience.
I'm gonna need Rih to come out with another Only God and PUNCH all these basics OWT
tbh honest I would be so here for a Rihanna lead now to show these basic bitches how a REAL lead single should sound like
Diamnds/WFL/OG/Umbrella >>>>>>>>> Roar>Applause sadly
I don't like it. It's bland and Generic and I pray to God that it flops. Gaga is so over rated and to think people who make good music get no shine cause of acts like her baffles me.
