Undecided on whether or not Celine deserves any 0s. On one hand, she's corny as f**k. But she also has more actual vocal talent than almost every other girl in this rate. Also Cyndi's songs are catchy but her voice is so f**king grating.
I didn't put any zeroes, I was quite generous, I was disappointed with many songs though, I did put 1s. Best of the bunch are Garbage, Rihanna, Cyndi Lauper, Madonna, Kelis, Missy Elliot. Lana was decent, her "dark doll" voice is appealing and her melodies are not bad, compared also with a couple of performers here I don't know if I should name that have very disappointing unmelodic material.
