^ Could just be makeup to hide it for filming whatever she's filming seeing as it would be visible. I highly doubt she'd remove the peppermint tattoo...
EDIT: Oh I didn't even think about the possibility it could be a stunt double.

The guy on the radio show I was listening to the other say said that Katy's sending him her new single on Monday.
