Love Somebody has performed pretty much how I thought it would, although honestly it did outperform my expectations a little. I was expecting radio to receive it well but for digital sales to not quite match the airplay. That's exactly what has happened, and that's also what happened to Daylight. Although Love Somebody will end up outselling Daylight which is fair because Love Somebody is the better song.
I still think Lucky Strike would've not only matched Love Somebody's high airplay but maybe even outperformed it, and it could've been a stronger seller.
Love Somebody is better for Fall, don't know what compelled them to release in the Summer. Hopefully Wipe Your Eyes is next single.
I'm actually surprised that he's still hovering around that area. Although The Other Side's sales haven't been spectacular, they've definitely been steady.
He should service it to rhythmic and urban if he doesn't want it to go to pop
