I honestly don't think Applause will be better. I imagine it'll sound a lot slower and stretched out than Burqa.
At first I thought Applause would be super hard like Burqa before Burqa leaked, and now I'm jumping on the bandwagon that it'll be midtempo-ish like Paparazzi.

We'll Applause better be on the same level at least, it will slay anyways. I have really no expectations for it musically, I don't expect it to sound like Burqa/Aura tbh.
If we really have the best song on the album already
We'll be "sick" of Burqa at the time the album comes out, so I think the other songs will seem better for a while at least, if Burqa really is the best.
I'd be less worried if I didn't love it so much.
