There was a big discussion about this on GagaDaily earlier. I couldn't decipher it all, but some were saying that she took the (mostly finished) music from them and had Zedd remix it for Aura. Apparently the track is years old.

She said it's also produced by Infected Mushroom, which means she basically bought the beat and her and Zedd changed it to her liking. This is Gaga not being such a control freak and actually reaching out for beats. It's a remix, but not like Stache because it's an actual song.

Dj send their beats to artist all the time so it's not really surprising if the beat it self is older than the actual song. Like ushers "euphoria" beat was already released in swish house mafia album a year prior.
