What I CAN give you is that gags is more consitent in good performances but Rihanna's highs are much better than her highs so she still loses. Rihanna wins in TALENT, BEAUTY AND NUMBERS.

I'd hope that Rihanna would have sold more than Gaga considering she has 5 more albums, however, it is important to note, that Gaga is only 5m albums behind Rihanna with 5 less albums

Gaga is more talented. End of story. From writing IFPI year end, chart topping singles and acclaimed albums, to being a great performer and musician, she is clearly more talented.

But yes, rihanna is talented, just not as talented as gaga and yeah she's hotter.
