I think the lyrics prove Applause's lyrics shouldn't be judged so quickly.

I mean, if Gaga gave us "behind the curtain, behind the burqa", people would be like, "omg, it's going to suck".

The lyrics don't matter as much as the delivery of said lyrics do.
