It's clearly a rough demo because Gaga wouldn't have leaked it otherwise.


It follows the same pattern as BR & Alejandro. Leak the rough, increase hype, release the finalized version & shock fans with it's improvement. They also probably do it to let people ease into her sound, since it's never truly radio friendly.This was not an accident lol.
