4 The Rest Of My Life is the one song catered to his core audience. Perhaps in the theme of the album having a pre-dominantly disco vibe it feels out of place, but it's certainly not made to be a filler.


I'm loving Top Of The World more and more. There's just something sexy about the way he raps.

Never in a million years did I think that I would enjoy a Robin Thicke album more than a Justin Timberlake album... IMO it's way more enjoyable than 20/20. Slay a bit Robin

I just looked at the liner notes and despite how much it sounds like 'Got To Give It Up' Blurred Lines has no sample credits.

Also his music....whatever is called 'I Like 'em Thicke Music'

Not Get In My Way. The album is alright, but I'm surprised RS gave it a 3.5/5.

I basically only use Blurred Lines, Take It Easy On Me, Ain't No Hat 4 That, Get In My Way, Give It 2 U, and Pressure, but I'll keep listening.

I just don't understand what it is about "Blurred Lines" that make people want it so badly. It has been #1 on iTunes for weeks, and when it was taken down last night, 3 versions charted in the top 10 on Amazon (all three are still charting) and a cover version started charting on iTunes, reaching #24 so far. Then, it was put back on iTunes as album only and the album rose to #1 on iTunes and somehow the song, even as album only, reached #1 again. Now it's available for purchase alone again and it's #1 but... like, why? I don't get it I can't find the appeal in the song at all. I'm not a Robin hater but I just don't get why THAT song is popular.

Finally listening to Blurred Lines and I don't see why the album is getting so much hate! There are lots of tracks I find enjoyable, and even though its no 21 or Grammy Album of the Year, I still think it's a solid album.

Just got in here to express my opinion: I hate "Blurred Lines" in every aspect. Not trying to be rude, but it sounds so dated. When I first heard it, I thought it was some sh*t from decades ago. Don't get why it is gaining so much success.

This is basically saying the same thing about Bublé's material tbh. That doesn't make their success less valid.

It's sad that Robin has become a target because he's slaying everyone's faves.

Oh well, we all know Mr. Thicke remains unbothered.

I HATE when people use the word "dated"... The song has a funk vibe to it, that doesn't mean its dated.. Considering the funk sound is pretty popular this year (Get Lucky, Blurred Lines, some of JT's music, Treasure), I would say it's anything but dated...
