Selena Gomez performs on SNL.
Today Selena released her debut album "Black Orchid" and to start his promo, Selena went to perform on SNL. She performed 3 songs, and slayed the night. Right after the SNL, Selena's album sore to #1 on iTunes, and her new single "Turn Me On" snatched #1 on singles chart, while "Body Language" climbed back to top 3! Selena showed great vocals, and even showed her artistic side. Read about the performances below.
Performances:
Turn Me On:
The night started with Selena performing her latest single "Turn Me On" The performance started with Selena is prison. Selena was wearing a hot black, tight outfit, and was sitting with a prison gang (dancers) Everyone looks mad, and secretive. Suddenly Selena snaps her fingers, and tells something to a guy sitting next to her. He runs away, they continue sitting. Selena looks mad, she looks into camera, and says "I may be a criminal, but I'm doing this for love" Guy brings Selena bullhorn, she takes it. She stands on the table, and says "Are you ready, to get out of here?" Everybody scream, yeah. They take fire wands, numchucks, knifes, and other stuff. Selena takes the last sip of Pepsi, and goes with the rest of prison people. They come to guards, and say let us trough. They don't, so they start fighting, it's a huge riot, Selena is standing on the podium, and singing turn me on, while everybody is fighting. Suddenly everybody starts dancing, and doing extreme choreography. Selena is standing in the middle doing incredible moves. She shakes her head, her hair looks a mess. The smoke get added to the performance, and everybody take their prison clothes off. Guys are shirtless, and girls are only with bra's. Everybody is touching each others bodies. After they beat the guards, they get outside, and end the performance by dancers throwing fire wands into the trash, and burning the street.
Body Language:
The "Body Language" continues in the burning street. Everybody is standing, and laughing like crazy. The street is burning. they start destroying cars, and buildings. Selena, scream "Stop it" Guy comes close to her, and pushes her, she falls. He, says "you're not a leader anymore, we aren't in prison" Selena, asks "did you just pushed me, how do you dare. I will kill you" He, answers "Shut up, and lay before my knees" Selena, takes a knife stands up, and tries to kill him, she fails. He takes the knife, and throws it away. He punches, Selena in the face. She faints, they drag her next to trash, and leave her alone. Morning comes, and street dancers find her next to trash. They take her under their wig, and teach her how to street dance. She becomes a street dancer, not a *****, a dancer. Selena enters the competition, dance competition, and faces bunch of different dancers. I the end she and this other chick, face each other in the finale. Selena starts, she is showing extreme choreography. She dances in the rain, her legs are wet. Her legs are bleeding, she's almost standing, but she ends her dance with an amazing finish. She breathes fire out of her mouth. She wins, and performance ends.
Once:
Selena ended SNL night by performing "Once" A sweet song from "Black Orchid" She yelled "are you ready for one more" She sta next to a burning piano, and started playing it. She was alone in the middle of the street, singing this song. Suddenly people started gathering around Selena, and listening to her song. She was crying, it was hard for her to hold her tears. She sanged, poured her heart. People were standing, and crying with her. Her voice was so angelic, and sad. She talked about this song "This song is hard for me to sing, because it's about my love, who dead. I wish I could see him once more" She got off the piano, and stood in the middle of the street (stage) Wind was blowing her hair. She was wearing a long white dress. Her eyed were full of tears. She went to audience, and hugged one little boy. She kissed him on a cheek, and told him "Take care of yourself" She ended the performance by running out of the stage. Later she came back, said goodnight, and performance ended.
That's the end.
