It did. For most of Monday when the album came out, it had a strong lead with 4 versions charting, at one point dwarfing WCS to like 39% before the single version got pulled. The lead has always been around 60%, it's just that when the single version got pulled, the rolling lead had to be based on the album version from then on, and it only took 12 hours to re-establish the 60% lead.
That's still on the assumption that WCS's sales decrease by 5% to 180K. It could retain it sales, it could gain, or it could also decrease by a lot more, so the data we have isn't very reliable since we're only basing off an unknown figure as well. Agreed that it's guaranteed it's going to sell over 400K though.
Lana Top 20 on Digital 
This all counts, however, on BL having about 300k sales, 200M AI, and 5 to 6 million in streaming during that same week (which seems likely to me, so that's why I chose that setup).
