If you compare her to Katy, Rihanna, and Kesha, then yes she is the best.

But Beyonce, Pink, Britney in her prime, Legend X, and many others are far better performers than her.

Gaga has a pretty good voice (lacks range) but she can't dance for **** and she's always so erratic and stiff on stage. Her ideas/themes rarely ever work out either, so it just makes a bigger mess. She needs serious direction.
