Y'all need to stop. Just because you jumped on the bandwagon during the Born This Way era, doesn't mean you have the right to criticize her first two albums.
The Fame doesn't have any fillers, because filler is a stronger word than you think. There hasn't been any fillers from a pop girl in an extremely long time.
A filler is a purposeless track that nobody worked on or enjoyed. Most people on the site use filler as a word to describe tracks they hate, but that's not what filler means.
Filler is pretty much songs of lower quality when compared to the other songs as a whole, added to the album to make it reach a certain size/time. It has nothing to do with enjoyment, or how hard they worked on it.
There was filler on The Fame, there was filler on Teenage Dream even.
