Stage presence is effortlessly working the stage, at least how I see it. The walk, the movements, facial expressions. You either have that or you don't. Not falling every other performance is perhaps a part of it too. She just looks a bit awkward and clumsy to me when she's attempting to do any choreography or show off her 'swag' so to say. But then again, she might improve that being the hard-worker that she is.
I agree Gaga is her best when on the piano, that's because she's showing off her best asset - her vocals.
The best performers are the ones that sing LIVE and have great stage presence. Dancing doesn't make you a better performer, especially with artists like Beyoncé or Britney because their choreography is so basic and calculated.
