Nah. They shouldn't be gearing up anything not expected for release in November/December. If you've followed Britney since beginning or even for the past few albums, the pre-album rituals are very minimal. She doesn't need a tattoo or gold truck to excite people.. the blatantly obvious tweet that something is coming will generate the same mania, if not more.
The press have reported about it, the confirmed producers are talking about it, people are talking about via social networks. Don't let ATRL be the guise to what is getting hype right now. Everything is in the moment here.

Although I will give you the fact that Oops is more remembered by the general public. But, it's pretty much BOMT on steroids though..
I'm still so pressed The Circus Starring Britney Spears tour didn't get a DVD release. From the Youtube videos I saw of it, it looked 10x better than the Femme Fatale Tour and deserved the DVD release more
