Repeated commercials playing it + NBA plugging it + ridiculous payola. And we all know airplay is the most important promo, it's far more important than some live performances. So the navy always claiming no promo makes no sense when she always gets so much airplay
She's on tour and again she's not even trying. The commercial only comes on the sports channel and its been playing way before right now was officially a single, so its not like anyone knows that it exists or if its even a real song.
