The balloon dog on the left (Jeff Koons work) and to the right, it looks like a tower of some sort with a glass dome roof with a person inside of it? Possibly Gaga being a literal art display! (See FAME launch) all of the stick figures are the people walking thru the gallery of her ARTPOP.

On the topic of OOC I wouldn't mind if she sampled the godly pre chorus a la Earthquake with Fashion of His Love.
